Shhhh! Here’s a sneak-peak into the making of our technology video for Clarksburg Square, one of Lennar’s newest communities. We enlisted the help of Ryan Houck, Maryland Division President, to walk us through the many benefits of living in these high-tech homes.
Of course residents already relish in gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, coffered ceilings and a multitude of other luxury features, but the technology package takes it all to the next level. Clarksburg Square townhomes come complete with innovative living features, such as RING video doorbell, Z-Wave controlled lighting and garage door, remote controlled door lock and thermostat control. And it’s all centrally managed through an iPad, included in each home. Did we mention solar power is also included? Residents save monthly with clean, renewable energy.
