Rezonings are never easy – but, they are possible with the right vision, an innovative land plan and a lot of great community outreach and support. LM Marketing Group, along with our partner Commonwealth Consultants, have worked with Lansdowne Development Group on couple of rezonings. It is strategic for sure and involves getting in the weeds with the developer and the local community (so to speak). But, we enjoy every community meeting, every planning session and every late night Board meeting – sometimes getting home past midnight. And, we are so excited about our most recent rezoning, Crescent Place. This community has come together under the direction of developer, Hobie Mitchel, President of LDG. Hobie is a visionary and this innovative land plan is sure to blend in well with the surround environment in Downtown Leesburg – located in the Crescent District just blocks to local shops, restaurants and parks. We can’t wait to help LDG revitalize the Crescent District … one community at a time!
