LMMG was invited to help Lansdowne Development Group rename and rebrand the Shenandoah community that they purchased. This community was sitting with very little development for over 3-years when LDG purchased the project. With a full understanding of our market, LDG asked that we rebrand and reposition this community.
LMMG wanted to help the developer rewrite the story of this community – so, we changed the name from Shenandoah to Lake Frederick – A Lansdowne Community – as the community wraps around Lake Frederick, a gorgeous public lake. We also worked closely with LDG to bring in two well-known builders – Trilogy by Shea Homes to sell the 55+ Active Adult Homes and Ryan Homes to sell the Market Rate Homes. We knew these builders could help us attract the buyers we were targeting. And, we updated the overall amenities package – to give “resort living” a whole new meaning, we changed and added new signage, created a new website, and added social media – just to name a few. With the story rewritten … sales quickly followed. Lake Frederick has a following and its becoming the place to be.
