We are thrilled to be working with Lansdowne Development Group to help them rebrand Shenandoah. This community was a 55+ Active Adult Community that has been “on hold” for approximately 3 years. LDG purchased the development and got it rezoned to include Market-Rate residences and 55+ Active Adult residences. Stay tuned as we rollout the new community brand.
