LMMG loves to dive into our clients communities … from walking the site prior to construction, exploring the surrounding community, identifying the target market and fully understanding all aspects of the client, the buyer and the neighborhood. And, for an urban designed, walkable community like Crescent Place – it is second nature to embrace and celebrate local living. In doing so, LMMG helped to plan and execute a successful Crescent Place event as we participated in the local Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival. What a great way to reach our target market and live local! The crowds came early and lingered all day.
