LM Marketing Group created, planned and executed a successful Demolition Event at Crescent Place. And, it was great fun – guests had the opportunity to operate the machinery and take a piece of history with them!
Lansdowne Development Group does it again – they purchased and rezoned another prime location for a walkable mixed-use neighborhood. The Town of Leesburg, Town Council Members, Town Managers, and surrounding neighbors came out to join LDG for the demolition of the old Barber & Ross window and door manufacturing plant. It was a historic moment to watch as the old building came down to make way for the development of Crescent Place – a vibrant, walkable mixed-use development. LMMG is excited to start the marketing and sales for this great community and we look forward to spending a bit more time at the local Leesburg coffee shops and cafés.
