At LMMG we love to swap books among our team. There is always a good book recommended each week (or a must see show on Netflix). And, this is one of my favorites. Not only is it written by my cousin, Steve McClatchy, it also has a great, powerful message about successful leadership and living.
In 2009, when I started LMMG, I decided to jumped off the corporate track to have a more balanced home/work life. And, in doing so, I have found greater joy working intimately with our clients and our talented, creative team, and a much happier family life.
